Gwen built Creative Lately from the ground up with a clear vision and an even clearer love for the work. As Creative Director, she leads every client relationship, shapes the strategy behind every project, and keeps the team firing on all cylinders. She thrives on the creativity that comes with owning a company like this the endless opportunities, the different kinds of work, and the people she gets to do it with. More than anything, Gwen loves her team and is driven by keeping every single client genuinely happy.

With a strong background in business operations and finance, Dimitri is the strategic foundation the company is built on. He keeps the business running efficiently, the finances in order, and the team positioned for long-term growth. The brains behind the operation, Dimitri makes sure that every creative decision is backed by a sound business strategy.
With nearly 30 years in the industry, Gabby and David Benoit know the flow of a wedding like it is their first language. They have seen it all, captured it all, and still show up to every single event with the same energy and dedication they had on day one. What sets them apart is their ability to rise to any challenge no matter the venue, the lighting, or the timeline. Their work is instinctive, their presence is calming, and their photographs speak for themselves.
Becca brings years of experience in the wedding industry to every project she touches. Having spent a significant part of her career immersed in the world of weddings and events, she understands the pace, the emotion, and the moments that matter most. Now specializing in wedding and event content creation and social media management, Becca combines her deep industry knowledge with a sharp creative eye to produce content that truly captures the essence of every celebration.
Tyler brings hands-on experience across content creation and social media management, with a sharp instinct for what makes content connect with an audience. He pairs that creative eye with a business-minded approach, currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, concentrating in Marketing, at Southern New Hampshire University. A genuine passion for music and creating drives everything he brings to the team, from concept to final cut. Tyler joined Creative Lately as a summer 2026 intern, and his consistency and drive quickly earned him a full spot on the team.
With 13 years in film and video and 9 years specializing in the wedding industry, Harrison brings a depth of experience that shows in every frame. He believes the best work comes from real connection. He is drawn to multi-day weddings and elopements where he gets the time to genuinely know the people he is photographing and filming because better relationships always produce better work. He has a particular love for adventure elopements: hiking, golden hour, and the complete freedom to create something that feels entirely unique. His philosophy is simple: real moments over posed ones, always. Whether behind a camera or a lens, Harrison captures life as it actually happens.
Paul DaCosta is a photographer with a genuine love for the full range of what the craft can capture. His portfolio spans weddings, events, and sports and he brings the same sharp eye and technical precision to every one of them. Paul has a particular passion for sports photography, where split-second timing and an instinct for the decisive moment are everything. That same instinct translates beautifully to weddings, where the most meaningful moments are often the ones nobody planned.
